This pre-filter can be upgraded to a dual-stage VOC Carbon Wrap that also absorbs VOCs, chemicals, gasses, and odors. Additionally, the Austin Air “it” uses a medical-grade HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 99% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns, including viruses, bacteria, molds, spores, and pollen.
