Suggested Usage

    What You Need:

    • ½ cup pancake mix
    • 1 egg
    • ⅓ cup preferred milk

    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, egg, and milk. Stir until smooth. Add any desired mix-ins.
    2. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet to medium.
    3. Pour ¼ cup of batter on the griddle or skillet so each pancake is about 4 inches. Cook 1-3 minutes each side until lightly browned.
    4. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

I couldn’t get the pancakes to come together, even with following the directions. They fall apart.

These are just way too thin and fall apart. I started adding extra baking powder 1 tablespoon or so per batch of mixing ingredients. WAY BETTER!! if that helps anyone else!
