I have been making my pumpkin spice smoothies for 3 days in a row! The immediate result I noticed was no more constipation! Love the flavor...pure, and authentic! It is on the sweet side, so to combat that I put in 12 oz. of coconut milk or oat milk, than add 1/4 tsp. cinamon, 1/8 ginger, and 1/8 cloves. I also add a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, and a scoop of collagen, which gives me 46 grams of protein. I feel full, but not bloated! I just ordered the chocolate today....told my sister about it, and she is ordering both! She is a stage 3 cancer survivor! SO thrilled to have found you!
