ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of each, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on December 2, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 2, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Automatic Entry for Subscribers
Eligible entrants who maintain an active Taylor Dukes Wellness product subscription during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive entries as follows:

- Three (3) entries for staying subscribed throughout the entire Giveaway Period (December 2, 2025–February 2, 2026).
- One (1) additional entry for every $10 USD spent on subscription orders during the Giveaway Period. Example: A $50 subscription order = five (5) entries.

Entrants must remain active subscribers through February 2, 2026, to retain eligibility.

Maximum Entries: Regardless of method of entry, each entrant may earn up to a total of fifty (50) entries during the Giveaway Period.

2. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase necessary. To enter without a purchase or subscription, send an email to giveaway@taylordukeswellness.com with the subject line “Ultimate Wellness Giveaway Entry.”

Your email must include your:
- Full name
- Valid email address
- Complete mailing address
- One sentence about your 2026 wellness goal

Each valid AMOE email counts as one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) AMOE submission per person per day, up to a maximum of fifty (50) total entries, regardless of entry method.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about February 6, 2026, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their subscription account or AMOE submission. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Taylor Dukes Wellness, LLC, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical errors or interruptions; or (c) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of a prize.

PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://shop.taylordukeswellness.com/policies/privacy-policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
