Suggested Usage

We suggest adults enjoy 1-2 packets per day. We recommend ½ - 1 packet for children.

Mix 1 stick packet in 12-14 oz of water. We recommend using a frother. To make the taste less salty, add more water as desired. To make the taste more salty, add less water as desired.

The ingredients are great and we really wanted to like these electrolyte packets, but they do NOT dissolve in water and after mixing profusely, it was still very grainy. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a different brand for electrolytes.
