My husband struggles with eczema and allergies and has been using Allegra D daily for many years. He has been wanting to stop taking it to prevent long term damage to the liver. He takes as little Allegra D as possible according to the severity of his allergies for the day (cutting pills into 1/2 or 1/4 when possible). I saw this supplement and was super excited to share it with him and he read the reviews and said to order it! He followed the dosage instructions exactly and really likes these. He has had to take a few 1/2 Allegra D allergy pills since starting these a few weeks ago. This was because he could tell he needed a little extra support for the day. So he’s not completely out of the woods with OTC allergy pills, but he hopes to get there soon with this great product. Highly recommend! Also, if you are struggling with eczema, my husband has found relief with the following: zinc body wash, pine tar soap, Vitamin A, Omegas, Magnesium, Epsom salt baths, clean skin products, clean eating, hydration, stress management, and his faith.
