I have ordered these on repeat. They are light, flavorful, hydrating and my kids like these as well. They are not super heavy on sodium so it's a good daily whether you sweat or not. I sometimes get headaches with other electolyte powders as well, I do not with these. Big fan! :) My only complaint is that they can be hard to open and I always need scissors, but maybe that's just me. Also would request making this in a large container option too. :)

I have ordered these several times and they do not dissolve properly in my water. I have tried everything, even used my frother to get it to mix in my water but I can still taste the granules and oftentimes it’s still clumped together. Very disappointed, especially for the price. These are more expensive than other brands - Just Ingredients, LMNT but not worth it. I will be cancelling my subscription and buying elsewhere.

Love it! I really like the flavor of the Strawberry Lemonade mix, I've had other brands and they can taste salty almost - so I don't get any of that with this packet. The flavor is pretty strong, so I water it down in a large mason jar (3 cups approx) and then sip on it over the afternoon.

Love this combination of strawberry and lemon.
