Suggested Usage

    We suggest adults enjoy 1-2 packets per day. We recommend ½ - 1 packet for children. 

    Mix 1 stick packet in 12-14 oz of water. We recommend using a frother. To make the taste less salty, add more water as desired. To make the taste more salty, add less water as desired.

The best electrolytes we've tried!

We love these electrolytes! Best flavor and best ingredients we've found.

Does it dissolve

I have ordered these several times and they do not dissolve properly in my water. I have tried everything, even used my frother to get it to mix in my water but I can still taste the granules and oftentimes it’s still clumped together. Very disappointed, especially for the price. These are more expensive than other brands - Just Ingredients, LMNT but not worth it. I will be cancelling my subscription and buying elsewhere.

TDW Electrolytes are crafted with real fruit, which means you might notice that some of the fruit particles don’t fully dissolve. This is completely normal and expected! To help blend everything smoothly, we recommend using a frother or a shaker bottle. Another great method is to dissolve the electrolytes in about 4 oz of hot water first, then add cold water or ice to enjoy.

Great flavor

Love it! I really like the flavor of the Strawberry Lemonade mix, I've had other brands and they can taste salty almost - so I don't get any of that with this packet. The flavor is pretty strong, so I water it down in a large mason jar (3 cups approx) and then sip on it over the afternoon.

Love this combination of strawberry and lemon.

Taste is good. Not salty at all. My only real complaint is that no matter how much water I add there is always a grittiness. It won’t discolve completely in the water so I am constsntly mixing it.
I have tried it with cold and room temp water. I have also tried a frother as a mixer and a shaker ball in there as well.
For these reason I do not think I will be ordering again. Which I really am disappointed because I really was happy to find a good quality electrolyte drink.
