Whole Body Bath: For external use only. Fill bathtub with warm water. Mix 2 cups of the Ultimate Detox Bath into your bath water. It is not necessary to dissolve all of the crystals. Soak in bath for 10 to 20 minutes. Then rinse off and drain rub. Residual particulates in the bath water may be rinsed down the drain.
Foot Bath: For external use only. Place 1 cup of the Ultimate Detox bath in a plastic or glass (nonmetallic) container wide enough to place your feet. Add 12 cups of warm water. Swish the contents around in the water with your hand. It is not necessary to dissolve all of the crystals. Soak feet for 10 to 20 minutes. Then towel-dry feet.
If it is your first time we recommend starting with 1 cup for a whole body bath. This is a very detoxifying treatment so we don't recommend you do it every night. you can do it up to 2-3 times per week if well tolerated.
