My journey into wellness began with personal health struggles in my 20s, which led me to root-cause healing and pivoting from being a conventional RN to a functional medicine NP. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of people—and a brain cancer diagnosis in 2022 only strengthened my commitment to this calling.I understand how overwhelming it can feel to transition to a healthier lifestyle.
